Yoga
Ease into your day. Yoga is about strength, balance, and flexibility. We will start with gentle stretching, working in to strength and balance moves and ending with deep relaxation to help you stay focused during the day. Yoga is an excellent companion to dance with an eye to improve frame, posture and core awareness.
