Recommendations for hair styles, and make up to help you look good on the dance floor......We help you look like a ballroom dancer, feel like a dancer, and become a ballroom dancer!

Remember: Ballet and Yoga classes are always recommended for the serious ballroom dancer!

Develop strength, flexibility, body awareness for relaxation. Increase your awareness of the subtle workings of your body and help increase your sense of grace and poise. A great compliment to dance training for ballroom, tap, jazz, ballet.

Classes are 90 minutes of joyful and healthy yoga instruction every Saturday morning
